1.3 You must be over the age of 18 in order to join/use Psychic Elements and its psychic services. The card holder must be the purchaser for all credit card purchases. We may ask the card holder to complete a Credit Card on File authorization form and a valid photo ID.

1.4 By visiting the Psychic Elements’ website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools provided, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this User Agreement, in addition to the Terms and Conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information).

1.5 Psychic Elements reserves the right to change this User Agreement without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

At Psychic Elements we will do our best to ensure that the experience you have during your phone reading is a positive one, however we are unable to guarantee that our psychic’s predictions will come true. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on your most recent reading with Psychic Elements, in order to accommodate our users.

• To apply for credit, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of the most recent phone reading that is in question.
• There is only one claim allowed per customer
• Credit for the reading in question will be reimbursed to your Psychic Elements account. No cash refund is available.
• The credit refund will not be reimbursed for more than 4 minutes of the phone reading in question.
• Credit reimbursement is valid only once per psychic. Reimbursement is not valid for psychics that you have previously spoken with and have received credit for.
• Credit refunds are based on the sole discretion of the Psychic Elements staff, who will only honor genuine issues with the psychic reading in question.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS

2.1 By visiting Psychic Elements and accessing this website’s resources: the information, services, products, and tools that are provided for you, either directly or indirectly, you agree to use these resources only for the purposes intended as permitted by (a) the terms of this User Agreement, and (b) applicable laws, regulations and generally accepted online practices or guidelines.

2.2 In order to access Psychic Elements and its resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the website. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access Psychic Elements. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account(s).

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psychic Elements and its parent company, Pacific Mez, along with its affiliates and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. Psychic Elements reserves the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which they are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide Psychic Elements with such cooperation as is reasonably requested.

ACCESSING OUR RESOURCES

3.1 Accessing (or attempting to access) any of Psychic Elements’ resources, by any means other than through the means we provide, is strictly prohibited. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of Psychic Elements’ resources through any automated, unethical or unconventional means.

3.2 Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with Psychic Elements, including the servers and/or networks to which our resources at Psychic Elements are located or connected, is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell any of the resources we offer on Psychic Elements is strictly prohibited.

3.4 You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that Psychic Elements may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.

3.5 Psychic Element’s spiritual advisors has the right to dismiss a call at any time. If the customer’s remarks and or conduct is considered but not limited to, illegal, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, degrading, intimidating, fraudulent, deceptive, invasive, racist, or contains any type of suggestive, inappropriate or explicit language. Our spiritual advisors will inform our Customer Service Department of the dismissed call and the customer’s account will be suspended or terminated and will not be considered a violation to our Privacy Policy.

COMMUNICATION REGULATIONS

4.1 Psychic Elements provides various open communication tools on our website including, but not limited to, blog comments, blog posts, public chat, forums, message boards, newsgroups, product ratings and reviews and various social media services.

4.2 You understand that Psychic Elements does not pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users. This means that if you choose to use Psychic Elements’ means of communication, then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools in a responsible and ethical manner.

4.3 By posting information, or otherwise using any open communication tools on Psychic Elements as mentioned, you agree that you will not upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that:

1. Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, degrading, intimidating, fraudulent, deceptive, invasive, racist, or contains any type of suggestive, inappropriate, or explicit language;

4. Impersonates any person or entity, including any Psychic Elements’ employees or representatives.

4.4 Psychic Elements’ reserves the right to remove any content that does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any third party copyrights or trademarks. Psychic Elements is not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that Psychic Elements chooses to remove, you hereby consent to such removal and consent to waive any claim against Psychic Elements.

4.5 Psychic Elements does not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other third party users of the Psychic Elements website.

SHARING YOUR CONTENT AND INFORMATION

5.1 Your privacy is very important to Psychic Elements, which is there is a Privacy Policy explaining how Psychic Elements collects, manages, processes, secures and stores your private information. Psychic Elements’ Privacy Policy is included under the scope of this User Agreement.

5.2 Any content posted by you using any open communication tools on the Psychic Elements’ website, provided that it doesn’t violate or infringe on any third party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of Psychic Elements. As such, this gives Psychic Elements a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as seen fit.
